The Opportunity

In our "Corporate Risk and Broking" division, we empower companies to navigate the complexities of risk and insurance management. By aligning our strategies with our clients’ corporate goals, we create robust, cost-effective solutions that protect their businesses and fuel growth.

Are you eager to contribute to the success of a leading international organisation? Do you have solid experience in claims management and a passion for client service? If so, we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Claims Handler specialising in insurance claims.

What will you do?

From day one, you'll take on real responsibilities, gaining hands-on experience and valuable skills. You’ll dive into various aspects of our business, gaining a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.

As a Claims Handler your key responsibilities will include:

Manage the customer information hotline, providing guidance on general terms and conditions in French and English. Handle inbound client communications via phone, letter, and email, addressing queries related to their claims. Process claims: compile and review documentation, perform an initial coverage assessment, and forward complete cases to the relevant insurance providers. Collect and maintain data related to claims to support accurate reporting and analysis.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a highly driven colleague with solid interpersonal skills - a colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.

Experience in claims management, with a solid understanding of processes and best practices within the field.Demonstrated ability to succeed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with a self-sufficient and proactive approach to work.Excellent organisational skills, with the flexibility to adapt within a performance-driven setting and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Fluent in both French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
