Having the ability to proactive in all avenues of communication.
Excellent Computer skills – Knowledge and experience of Windows Office software is essential. Panda System knowledge will be advantage. Strong team player, able to work in an environment with multi stakeholders. Self-initiated, willing to work in a Warehouse environment throughout December holidays. Proven ability to maintain the strictest of confidence at all times. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately. Ability to interact confidently and professionally with people from all backgrounds.Willing to work different shifts including working throughout December holidays.
National Diploma/B-Tech /BCom Degree in Logistics or equivalent Minimum 2-3 Years Experience Meet customer expectations on Dealer claims turnaround times and query feedback as per company accuracy and quality standards. Drive the team through regular monitoring, auditing and reporting of key deliverables (Claims) to management during the start-up meetings and ensure system and process robustness. Lead the team towards achieving the best operation measurable metrics. Motivate, control and maintain discipline in respect of the overall performance of the claims department team. Assist dealers with claims processes and ensure strict adherence to policy and procedures. Compile reports and monitor monthly & individual dealer sales vs claims performance, and liaise with ABM’s for corrective actions to insure achievement of objectives. Cancel dealer claims not returned within the prescribed period. Support engine core return program, implemented by Sales Department. Ensure POPP Returns are processed within 3 days from the date the tags are printed. Compile monthly reports of recovered claims from the Service Providers (Audit & Courier Company). Reduce number of damage claims, and initiate new process of handling crash parts. Ensure OHS and ISO Compliance, support a zero lost time case rate and SBI target.
