Job Description - Request medical, physiological, school records. - Provide timely and accurate updates in the SSAMS case management system - Provide status updates and request additional information as needed from social workers. - Keep in regular contact with social workers & caregivers. - Assess evidence and apply analytical thinking to claims development. - Submit evidence to SSA/DDS. - Provide monthly reporting statistics to the Team Lead for designated area of responsibility. Skills and Requirements · Comfortable working 20 hours week (4 hour shift/5 days week OR 5 hour shift Mon-Thursday (shift must be within 9 am and 6 pm MST window of time) · A bachelor's degree or 3 years relevant experience. · Background in any of the following: Social Security advocacy, case management, social work, Medical and/or Human Service background · Phone support and customer support experience · Proficient capabilities with Microsoft Word, email/Outlook, Excel & other basic office equipment - Data entry and collection experience - Casework experience - Knowledge and understanding of SSAs disability criteria for both children and adults - Understanding of forms used to file SSA claims null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
