Responsibilities / Job Duties:
Answer moderately complex telephone inquiries, screen or transfer calls to appropriate party.
Take messages as appropriate. Update and maintain records which may include databases or other computer records.
May process information of a confidential or technical nature.
May facilitate communication between office staff, field representatives, vendors, or members/customers.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED 1 to 3 years secretarial experience preferred.
Moderate skills in using Microsoft Office products required.
Moderate verbal, telephone and written communication skills required.
Advanced organizational skills required.
Requires ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal skills required.
Insurance background preferred but not necessary.
