Manages Claims in accordance with CableCom's policies, practices, and procedures. This person will report directly to the Safety Director. What you’ll do as a Claims Manager Manages and coordinates claims activity and workflow within Safety Department in order to maintain the highest professional customer service and technical standards, and to ensure work is produced in a timely fashion and that all deadlines are met. Ensures the timely settlement of claims and maintains acceptable closing ratios for the department. Recommends claims procedural changes and plans, organizes and implements these changes in accordance with company guidelines. Assists senior manager with establishing projections and goals Assist with safety training tracking and compliance Assist with safety communications What you’ll need Strong working knowledge of claims processing standards Strong knowledge of automated claims processing systems and other complex claim processing rules and regulations Strong working knowledge of federal, state & local laws relating to Claims Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Salary Range: $67,000 - $90,000 per year Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
