The Role
The Claims Administrator will work within our Facilities Management Business in World Square (flexibility offered) supporting the Finance Manager. 

The role will see you liaising with our internal team to investigate existing work orders, claims, raising purchase orders and assisting in reporting. 

This role is based in Sydney, NSW (World Square).

Support the wider Finance and Accounts Team Review and investigate existing work orders, invoices and other jobs within our system Data Management and Classification  Review Aged Invoices and Work Orders PO Uplifts Billing Rejections  Reporting  Ad-hoc administrative duties

Skills and Experience

General knowledge of maintenance activities High level of computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new programs High level written and verbal communication skills Desirable - Training in an OH&S, QA and environmental related discipline
