Danfoss Power Solutions invites you to embark on a thrilling career journey as a Claims Administration Specialist – Fluid Conveying Divisional Role. Position located in Cerkezkoy, Turkiye 

Being the first point of contact to the customer to support and resolve a customer claim. Creation of Case and complaint using CRM and ERP (claims processing) systems. Direct path processing less complex claims such as delivery complaints with low commercial value. May also assist with commercial processing.

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.  

Defect Claim Creation -Receive claims from customers.  Must be able to proficiently work inside customer portals to read customer claim, decipher the technical details behind the claim and make a claim decision. Claim Response - Compile and produce a claim response to customers with a claim decision via email, phone or portal.  Claim Disposition - Claim data gathering, interpretation, and presentation for Business Unit and Quality to be used for investigation. Streamlined Claim Processing for less complex, lower value claims. This would be doing investigation and processing of the created claim. Commercial Processing – May be asked to assist with commercial processing. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Must have minimum of Bachelor degree.  Fluent in English. Basic Understanding of core quality tools. 1 year experience in Quality or Customer Service. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience in SAP and SalesForce. ASQ Certification as Certified Quality Technician. Must be motivated, reliable and responsive team member. Must have strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of production processes. Able to read and understand written procedures. Basic defect containment skills. Perform well in a team atmosphere.
