Our client, a leading Main Contractor operating across Europe, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, is urgently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Civils Package Manager. As a Civils Package Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Civils and Underground Services of hyperscale Data Centre projects.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Work closely with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil and underground services packages.
Contribute to tendering, preconstruction, and construction phases when required.
Review and approve architectural and engineering designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Manage the preparation and distribution of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Oversee the execution of civil and underground services activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any issues from quality & project development.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
In-depth knowledge of construction and engineering processes, particularly related to civils and underground services.
Familiarity with project management software and design tools.
Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of package activities.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and relevant teams.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the package meet the required standards and specifications.
