Zenviron is a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy and is a market leading engineering, procurement, and construction services contractor, specialising in the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia.
Following the continued growth and success of the business, we are currently seeking experienced Civil Superintendents for the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project located between Mackay and Rockhampton, Central Queensland on what will be an industry leading example when fully commissioned.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Work closely with the project teams to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance, and innovation to successfully deliver the project * Foster relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met * Effectively manage and provide leadership to work teams, including subcontractors * Assisting with planning and scheduling the scope of work, whilst ensuring works remain in line with the project budget * Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture * Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention
What we are looking for:
* An Australian recognised trade qualification in either a civil or structural discipline * Demonstrable experience in bulk earthworks, structures, roads, and drainage * At least 10 years site based industry experience as a Civil Superintendent or Supervisor within the civil construction industry, experience on DTMR roadworks would be an advantage * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages * Sound commercial acumen and contractual knowledge * Able to foster and manage effective relationships with the client, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders * Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment * Proof of right to work in Australia
