Civil Drafter
Job Title: Civil Design TechnicianDescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesTeam Collaboration: Work with a dynamic team to assist in site civil design for various development and redevelopment projects.CAD Expertise: Utilize advanced computer-aided drafting (CAD) techniques in Civil3D to create detailed civil engineering drawings for site grading, drainage, paving, and utilities (storm drain, domestic and fire water, sanitary sewer) across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and residential developments.Standards Maintenance: Maintain and uphold CAD standards and procedures for the firm, providing support and guidance to other team members.Agency Liaison: Liaise with governing agencies to understand plan submittal requirements and ensure compliance.Plan Processing: Manage the processing of civil engineering plans with governing agencies for review and approval.Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree in civil engineering from a U.S.-accredited university or completion of a technical program at a technical school.Experience: At least 1 year of applicable experience.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D software.Preferred Experience: Experience with Deltek Vision is preferred.Work Experience: Applicable U.S.-based work experience.About Actalent
