10 years roads construction experience is non-negotiable. Site supervision skills. Good site experience. Your role will involve:
Scheduling of work to meet production goals. Resource coordination of plant, people, materials, and equipment. Facilitating a safe work culture and ensuring team safety. Ensuring quality assurance and recommending work processes to improve productivity and product quality. Preparing necessary reports as required by the employer. Interacting with management and clients. 10 month contract role  Remember: This is a first-line supervisory position, requiring extensive knowledge of the trade and the ability to make appropriate decisions to ensure successful project execution.
