Summary of Position 

The Circuit Delivery Coordinator should possess the ability to support multiple circuit orders amongst several clients concurrently. They will also be required to support an assigned Project Manager on multiple projects of various size, duration, and complexity.  The specialist will need an adaptable approach dependent on the assigned work, and a desire to join a collaborative organization driven by continuous improvement and innovation. In addition to Circuit Coordination, duties will also include Lifecycle, Service and Task delivery support.

Essential Functions 

 

Monitor scheduled appointments and provide support if neededCollect information and leverage the information according to project requirementsManage communications with partners and customers in a timely professional manner. Including but not limited to phone calls, E-mail, meeting, and online platforms.Enter and organize data in designated project tracking systems.Fulfill internal information request to support project success. Request formats include but are not limited to E-mails, phone calls, meeting, and data sheets.Develop positive relationships with customers and partners.Support team members in layer one troubleshooting of defective network equipment. Some training will be provided.Work with manager to develop and execute technical education plan.

 

Required Qualifications

 

Some College coursework/ or Associate degree.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Basic Excel/spreadsheet proficiency.

 

Preferred QualificationsBachelor Degree, CAPM Certification, or equivalent education Experience working on mid to large size projectsIntermediate or greater proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet programsExperience working in Telecommunications Industry
