Develop and execute strategic plans for smart meter deployment and management within the circle. Oversee the end-to-end deployment process of smart meters, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor and evaluate the performance of smart meter systems and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical), MBA or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 14 years of experience in smart meter technology, energy management, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management and strategic planning. Previous experience in a leadership role with demonstrated success in managing complex programs.
