CI Transformation Lead

Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **The Opportunity:** The CI Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of CI Mission Control, an insights and analytics application. In this role you will lead a team of direct and indirect reports, through the development and execution of Mission Control delivery. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement within our project and across CI initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. **What You Will Do:** Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Lead the end to end project management of CI Mission Control, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and communication materials. + Coordinate with cross divisional teams to ensure seamless project execution. + Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, project scope, and establish clear objectives. Communicate project progress providing regular updates and seeking eedback. + Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights. + Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, implementing best practices for data management and governance + Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance project outcomes. + Collaborate across a variety of groups, including finance, accounting, commercial and business divisions + Partner across the segment to support key projects related to Global Finance strategy initiatives **Skills needed for success in role:** + **Education and Experience** : Bachelor’s Degree within Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience. + **Project Management:** Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. + **Managing People:** Knowledge of processes involved in managing people; ability to lead successful teams, and diligently address issues related to performance and conflicts at the workplace. + **Analytical Thinking:** Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. + **Judgment and Decision Making:** Knowledge of the decision-making process; ability to carefully evaluate the impact of emerging business situations and choose the best path forward communicating actions and activities that maximize organizational performance. + **Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. **Top Candidates Will Have:** + Finance Transformation experience with analytics and insights **Additional Info** : + This position is in our Peoria, IL AB office or Cary, NC + This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office + Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify + Sponsorship is **not** available + Domestic travel up to 5% **Summary Pay Range:** $144,960.00 - $217,320.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
