Join our IT infrastructure & EUS team as the Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in IT infrastructure on Network & Data Center, Compute & Storage and Database technologies for Chubb Life Hong Kong. Working closely with EUS team and Application teams and different business operation functions, you’re responsible to lead a team to ensure high service levels of IT infrastructure services to support business growth and demand and timeline.

As the lead of Infrastructure Service Delivery, you will:

Manage and provide IT infrastructure services, including Network & Data Center, Compute & Storage and Database technologies Plan and oversee IT infrastructure activities, ensuring deliver with high service levels and fulfill business demand and growth Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills by supporting local business demand and compliance with global infrastructure and security standard Hands-on experience on technology stacks: Network & Data Center, Compute & Storage and Database. At least one technology stack with Hands-on experience is a MUST. It will be advantage with more technology stacks hand-on experiences.

Manage IT infrastructure services activities:

Lead the team to provide IT infrastructure services Follow best practices and fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT infrastructure services Establish performance and reporting measures to provide an effective and efficient level of services Follow service management best practice (ITIL) on change manage, capacity management, incident & problem management process Work close with regional/Global Infra team to adopt global standard

Provide Incident Resolution:

Follow problem-solving guidelines, checklists, or other materials to assist staff in responding to recurring or routine user problems. Analyze inquiries to identify recurring user problems and IT infrastructure issue, recommend solutions, and identify areas for service improvement Minimum 3 years of team management experience Strong technical knowledge in managing IT infrastructure services, including but not limited, Network & Data Center, Compute & Storage and Database Hands-on experience of IT infrastructure services ITIL certifications will be preferred. A minimum diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
