Key responsibility in providing cashier service and handling agents’ inquiries through hotline, counter service and email, etc…
Handle enquiries to all agents/brokers/distributors who contact the company by telephone, written correspondence and/or personal visit regarding policy
information, general guidelines of the Operations, product knowledge, etc. Perform cashiering duties to receive payment, issue official receipt, maintain premium record and handle payment reconciliation. Assist Manager to prepare reports for daily operation / management reporting. Database management on temporary receipt for new request and replenishment,
maintain stock keeping. Handle and deliver MPF documents with timely record update. Assist in UAT for new product / system enhancements. Provide ad-hoc support to the company from time to time. Assist the Manager to ensure BAU for daily operation is in good shape (both onshore and offshore) 2-4 years of solid working experience preferably in one or more discipline in life administration, customer service or finance administration. With ability to analyze inquiries using problem-solving skills, and have strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills. Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage. Good communication skills with thorough understanding of company products and an ability to explain information in customer terms. Good service attitude and willing and able to work under pressure. Require to pass/already passed IIQE (Paper I, III and V), obtain agent license and fulfil CPD program for providing insurance advice to agents / channels / clients
