The Accounting Executive will be responsible for managing the operations and accounting tasks related to ILAS fund operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and fund management.

Daily Tasks: Update fund prices for Direct Fund using Capsil and Web platforms. Checking fund order Input dividends into Capsil. Refresh the Dividend Summary. Monthly Tasks: Update monthly exchange rates. Manage trailer fee provision and settlement. Handle funds' subscription processes. Reinvest dividends. Manage management fee provision and settlement. Conduct MTM (Mark-to-Market) revaluation of mirror funds. Adjust MTM on Profit & Loss statements. Perform Blackline reconciliation. Prepare fund performance reports. Quarterly Tasks: Compile and report on Fund Assets Under Management (AUM). Ad-hoc tasks: Perform system enhancement UAT Handle Corporate action  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in investment accounting or a similar role. Proficiency in financial software and tools, particularly Capsil. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
