Chubb Life: Manager - Agency Training

To develop capability of Chubb Life’s agents in financial perspective to serve the selling of Unit Linked product (ULP) and driving the sustainable growth of the agents

Unit Linked sales training strategy: Develop Unit Linked capability of agents through agency leader development, curriculum, sales tools this includes: TTT, certified agents, investment workshops, UL training schedules, trainer resource and budget control. To liaise with agency channels to create Unit Linked sales training and provide appropriate academic support. Work closely with other agency functions and/or external organization to ensure the provided programs are align and support business strategy. Curriculum development: Develop curriculum based on the company requirements. Monthly meetings with CASO and working team with detailed actions on requirements.  Design new curriculum for agency forces to come up with new initiative for driving sustainable growth. Training: Provide comprehensive training to support key strategies of the company (i.e. product knowledge, sales skills, and management program). Plan and execute training schedules, manage training resource and allocated budget. Evaluate the courses to feedback for curriculum development. Plan and execute training events for agents in the upcountry and to ensure that the roadshow support sales strategy. Support agents and agency leaders to work efficiently and keep up for high quality performance. Support agency channel’s activities and other activities related to company, regional office, or global office. Support Chubb’s financial planner and full-time agent development program aka Champion Hubb program. Other assignments

 

pecification & Certificate require:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, Learning Technology, HRD or related field. Experience in conduct training and curriculum development, especially in IC license and Unit Linked product. Have IC license or IP license, the professional financial planning certificates (i.e. CFP, AFTP, FChFP or AChFP) are preferable. Preferable experience working for life insurance company in agency channel but not always necessary. Good command in English.
