Position Objective
Formulate and implement a roadmap for digital innovation and data analytics in agency; upgrade agency distribution digital tools and analytical capability Baseline agency distribution digital and technology, partner Global executive management and market CAOs develop Smart Agency roadmap to futureproof the capability and value proposition of Chubb Life agency distribution Ensure metrics, benefits and adoption drive right agent, leader behaviours and culture changeSmart Agency Roadmap (Product Owner)
Own the Smart Agency roadmap – digital platform for agents/leaders/AEs covering the agency value chain (recruit, train, manage, prospect/sell, service) to drive the right behaviour through leading indicators and benefits that meet agency business objectives Leadership through innovation – build a long term Chubb Life ‘House-view’ on the future of Chubb digital capabilities in agency focused on agent activity, quality, operational excellence and omnichannel Partner with Group Functional Executives to develop the roadmap ensuring business requirements are agency distribution-centric and benefits are clearly articulated to drive the right behaviours during development of tools Oversee the portfolio of agency digital and technology delivery across the company, drive digital delivery through Global COO and local market functional teams Work with GAD members and Global Data teams to ensure development enables agency shift towards a data-led decision-making approach to agency management Lead discussions related to agency user experience and UI, work with Global Customer team to define minimum standard user experience, journeys and consideration towards a uniform UI design language Work with market CAOs to sequence local market roadmaps in annual plans and budgetData Analytics and insights
Work with GAD members and Global Data teams to build data models to provide personalised and actionable insights to agents, leaders and agency executives Work with Global COO and team to ensure business-led decisions to agency data ingested into Global Data Platform. Enhance agency MI based on how global and market distributions teams will use data Identify relevant Data and GenAI use – work with Chief Transformation Officer to test use casesDigital Transformation
Work with market CAOs and teams to develop and drive agency adoption of digital tools Work with GAD members to support markets formulate digital adoption strategies, incentives, trainingData, Technology and Digital experience within agency distribution is key Deal with complex and multi-dimensional issues, be dynamic and innovative in resolving problems Strong project management skills with multi-tasking competency, work closely with multiple stakeholder Ability to create and maintain good working relationship with all levels of staff Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills Strategic planning and proven execution in short and long-term plans Degree, relevant professional industry qualification preferred 10+ years job experience in life insurance in Asia markets, with at least 5 years focusing on agency and customer digital, technology & data High degree of independence of decision making, people development and project execution Good team player with creative mindset, strong business sense and willing to accept challenges Good command in English, Mandarin both in speaking and writing would be advantageous
