Product Supply - Engineering & Manufacturing Discipline

Product Supply is the biggest Function in P&G, the agile and highly efficient supply network operation is key competence of company. Product Supply would continually to improve supply chain operation efficiency, produce best in class quality products, supply our customers with optimized cost and provide the best experience to our consumers.

We warmly welcome you to join in P&G product supply whenever the background you are. You will get supply chain knowledge/P&G Integrated working system and digital analysis tools training under PS Talent Incubation. You would be assigned challenged work and grow up as supply chain expert and business leaders to enable P&G business growth.

Role and Responsibilities

P&G engineers leverage, design, and use the latest technologies to improve entire supply chain nodes productivity, which covers new product and Packaging design phase, production and shipping phases. Leveraging AI, Automation, IOT, Robotics those most advanced technologies in order to improve productivity and achieve more competitive cost and enable P&G continually takes the lead in supply chain area.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree and will graduate between 2026.1.1 and 2026.12.31 (Must maintain student identity during the internship).Good oral and written English communication skillsStrong Leadership Skills to lead in the envisioning of the future of your business, to engage/ enable/ energize the multi-functional team and execute plans with perfectionThink and act decisively to make optimal use of the situation whilst keeping the goal in mind
