Responsibilities:

Digital Products Research Scientists 

You'll expose to the consumer modeling development and MVP development based on real online purchase behaviors, translating insights into impactful initiative designs. You'll also conduct cutting-edge qualitative consumer research using the latest GenAI technologies and lead UX efforts across our Digital Innovation programs

Packaging Development Scientists 

Lead innovative packaging development that provides outstanding functional performance and delightful package shelf appearance while supporting environmentally balanced and/or responsible packages.

Clinical Scientists 

Responsible for clinical measurement science, as well as the development and execution of technical test methods. Strong communication skills in English, excellent learning and innovation abilities, and robust leadership and collaboration skills are essential. Experience in statistical data analysis, modeling, and/or programming is preferred

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree. Majoring in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Materials, Medical, Mathematic, Data science, Statistics, Mechanics etc. would be preferred. Graduate between January 2023 and December 2025.Good oral and written English communication skillsStrong Leadership Skills to lead in the envisioning of the future of your business, to engage/ enable/ energize the multifunctional team and execute plans with perfectionStrong problem solving with technical mastery and innovative solutionsThink and act decisively to make efficient use of the situation whilst keeping the goal in mind
