Main Responsibilities 

Lead the spare parts resizing process in STC quarterly to optimize the stock level.Lead the STC spare parts inventory provision review quarterly to keep the inventory healthyImprove the inventory availabilities to reduce STC WIP shortage rateSupport the impacts from new product introductions, engineering changes and product obsolescence on the global services business and maintain the necessary changesManage materials replenishment processes, ensure the material master data (MRP type ROP/Lead-times/Source) correct.In charge of the local purchase direct materials into STC, look after the availability, communicate with the vendor for the delivery plan based on the forecast or ROP.Lead the materials disposal timely according to the quality policy or aged materials with provision.Cooperate with RDC planner, logistic team and warehouse team to optimize the route and lead time to control the inventory cost.
