China Researcher
The China Researcher is responsible for conducting in-depth research to develop content for ALB events and rankings in China. The candidate is responsible for the event research, as well as the research of nomination process for rankings in China. This role also helps with developing delegates and participates to deliver more value and improve customer experience for events and rankings in China. This role reports to the content manager in China.
About the Role
In this opportunity as China Researcher, you will:
Work on the research of the ALB events and rankings in China.This role includes hands-on responsibility for both events as well as rankings:Event research on identifying target audience, potential sponsor profiles, potential speakers and panelists, benefit of sponsoring, potential event partner, relevant conferences and more.Do research call with professionals in legal industry.Build agenda with studied topics.Prepare materials for marketing campaigns.Prepare nomination forms and ranking research summary.Work closely with content manager on developing new initiatives to improve event delegates, including:Data collection for database enhancement;Identify and conduct initiatives to help us deliver more new participants;Invite target audience to join our events and help to improve the attendance of our events.Work on the coordination with customers while providing excellent customer service and experience. Coordination work may include and is not limited to: sponsored research topics, invitation of customers to participate in rankings, liaison for customers’ materials, and more.Work closely with content manager to support the Sales team across Asia in different offices to maximize sales opportunities for products via sponsorship.About You
You’re a fit for the role of China Researcher if your background includes:
Strong research and analytical capability.Good spoken and written English skills; Strong professional Chinese language capability.Ability to communicate with all levels of management, co-workers and customers.Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.Proactive, responsive and motivated individual.Candidates who come from either Rankings or Events background advantageous.Law Degree or above is a plus.3+ years of relevant experience.#LI-RZ1
