Salary: We offer competitive pay based on education and experience.

Requirements Prefer a minimum of 6 months experience working with childrenHS Diploma or GED requiredFlexible and energetic on the jobHave the ability to juggle multiple dutiesAbility to resolve conflicts between childrenExcellent communication and people skillsMust pass a criminal background check (Including child maltreatment and FBI check in some cases based on length of residency)
Responsibilities Planning, teaching and implementing the curriculum for all children from infants through preschool childrenProviding love and quality care for the children throughout the day in order to meet their emotional and physical needs Planning and executing indoor and outdoor experiences appropriate to the developmental levels of the childrenInteracting with children both physically and verbally throughout the dayAssisting children with their personal hygiene and clean up of classroomServe and eat meals with the childrenMeet with parents, staff, and administrationAttend in-service and staff development training programsFamiliarity with state licensing requirements and CNI policies
