Casual Call, very flexible!Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 5:30pmLocation: Onsite, Child Care CenterWhat you will do:
Plan and implement daily developmentally appropriate programs for children.Maintain a safe and conducive environment for growth and development.Create tailored lesson plans and promote positive self-esteem.Communicate effectively with families and facilitate parent conferences.Ensure compliance with licensing rules and oversee co-teachers and volunteers.What you will get:

High School Diploma or equivalency, along with two years of higher education or an equivalent combination of higher education and/or work experience as a childcare teacher in a licensed childcare center.If higher education is not in child development, course work will be required within 3 months of hire to include: “Introduction to the Child Care Profession”, “Skills and Strategies of the Childcare Teacher.”If working with infants: “Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care” course will also be required.Emplify Health is comprised of two of the Midwest’s most respected healthcare systems, Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System.
