As a Center Director , you will be responsible for leading and growing a successful early childhood education center. Requirements: ·        A creative and driven spirit, and a commitment to doing whatever it takes for the success of your school ·        Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field ·        3+ years of leadership experience in a licensed child care facility ·        Experience in opening and launching new child care centers ·        Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a team ·        Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills ·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools ·        Knowledge of state childcare regulations and licensing requirements If you're passionate about early childhood education and excited to lead and grow a new center, we want to meet you!
