Chief Process Expert, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Job Description What is the job about? In this position you will have the responsibility for implementing BPM* best practices (*Business Process Management) across Grundfos so that we raise the organizational maturity towards “Process Excellence” across all divisions, functions and regions. You will lead the implementation of a robust BPM framework within the organisation by establishing the standardise-maintain-improve (SMI) cycle. You will drive process standardisation, support process improvement teams, and enable scalability of BPM practices across the organisation. Your main responsibilities: • Ensure the Grundfos System Map is complete, updated and approved, in close collaboration with the process domain (L2) owners. • Define and execute the global BPM strategy. • Drive the establishment of the conditions and building of capabilities, so that Grundfos keeps growing in Business Process Orientation (BPO). • Develop a roadmap for BPM capability building, prioritizing critical value streams. • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute the company-wide BPM strategy. • Lead workshops and discussions to embed process thinking at the leadership level. • Collaborate with divisional and functional leaders to deploy the best-known BPM practices. • Develop and manage a scalable approach to training, coaching, and supporting teams globally. • Provide Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trainings within the organization and coach and support Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to increase internal BPM capabilities. • Recommend priorities for the allocation of Black Belts based on business needs. • Collaborate with Group Quality to ensure BPM aligns with compliance and management system requirements. • Oversee the selection and deployment of tools supporting our ‘Process Excellence’ journey. • Establish governance structures to monitor and review BPM progress and effectiveness. • Recommend and support the development of KPIs and dashboards to track process performance and process maturity. • Lead efforts to leverage process mining and advanced analytics for improvement opportunities. • Support breakthrough process improvements from top-priority projects across Grundfos. Your background We imagine that you have: • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification • Extensive experience in global BPM implementation from low maturity levels. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA or Engineering). • Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire confidence and buy-in for BPM initiatives. • High emotional intelligence and proficiency in stakeholder management across levels. • Data-driven decision-making and strategic planning capabilities. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. • Resilience and adaptability to navigate complex and ambiguous organisational contexts. • Preferably experience in quality management systems and regulatory compliance integration. • Preferably familiarity with large-scale transformation projects. • Preferably experience in deploying process mining or advanced BPM analytics tools.
