The position will develop maximize and lead eCommerce partnerships to the next level This person shall lead the development of eCommerce business model and drive sales strategies to exceed monthly Sales Goals and enhance all consumer touch points through driving signup of strategy and implementing the eCommerce App Business model as well as partnering with Finance and Operations to improve margins without compromising our client/ customer experience

Strategic & Operational Focus
In conjunction with the CEO develop the accelerated enterprise growth plans with specific responsibility for service delivery to our clients through operational excellence
With full P&L accountability for all service lines set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and steer company strategies to meet metrics
Maintain accountability for client satisfaction and serve as the executive sponsor for all existing clients while supporting the Sales team with prospective clients
Direct the product roadmap for all services and prioritize initiatives with engineering for delivery
Create unity and collaboration among all radial business lines providing for one seamless experience to our clients
Manage resource allocation and budget planning for all service lines and Operational Excellence teams
Build a bestinclass operations teams by recruiting retaining and developing talent at all levels
Provide proactive leadership motivating employees and function as an effective advocate for our clients and our people
Uphold an operational mindset committed to supporting a teamoriented highperformance culture that emphasizes people development and highquality productivity standards
Develops and executes the eCommerce strategy to deliver the net sales objectives for strategic eCommerce channels
Lead the eCommerce channel business development
Implement the operational plan to reach conversion sales & customers satisfaction objectives
Accountable for delivering Commercial digital activities in line with Marketing on time and quality as defined in the eCommerce Operational Plan
Responsible for the financial successes of the online strategies of the brand
Lead all aspects of the ecommerce business and ensure excellent execution across acquisition & retention marketing site performance & design email marketing SEO and promotional campaigns to hit ambitious revenue growth targets
Drive all performance activations and CRM online activations to drive qualified traffic and retain customers on the eCommerce channels & eCommerce App
Set digital and product roadmap and prioritize all frontend and backend tech work
Manage budget and channel P&L making the right accommodations to drive sustainable growth
Build relevant testing strategy to drive improved conversion and site/customer experience
Develop and continuously monitor the right KPIs to prioritize initiatives and support decisionmaking with an overall focus on monitoring and improving customer lifetime value
Own Target & channel strategy and revenue results
Drive innovation and a continual test & learn approach bringing in industry best practices trends and benchmarks
Ensure strong partnership and processes with internal crossteams particularly Brand Marketing Finance Operations and Support teams on creative and content ensuring we&rsquore building the brand in the right ways and Operations to ensure a great customer experience
Serve as thought partner to the CEO with ability to collaboratively make decisions and share a sense of mentorship for the business and team

Lead The Ecommerce Business Development And Builds The Operational Plan To Deliver On Sales And Customer Satisfaction Targets
Accountable to codefine the local channel strategy in cooperation assembling brand and relational initiatives from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention in close collaboration with all markets functions and channels
Accountable for the exploration assessment and development of local eRetailing initiatives in collaboration with and in support of the markets Commercial Department
Accountable to establish clear and effective ways of working with all key market stakeholders
Defining and enhancing the online customer experience
Develop implement and execute sales strategies in line with the international strategy for key accounts to deliver agreed targets
Partner with the senior management team to architect an integrated Marketing strategy and plan across ecommerce by utilizing market data consumer insights competitive intelligence and instinct to identify new opportunities to support the expansion of our existing product portfolio

Innovation
Be the Champion on all ecommerce and promotions projects while capitalizing on specific collaborations and providing critical strategic insights demonstrating an unwavering willingness to learn improve and execute new initiatives by always being curious
This person would also bring innovative ideas to the executive team related to building revenue across the various ecommerce platforms

Requirements
5 years of Executive Management experience in a medium to largesized organisation
5 years&rsquo experience as a Clevel leader
Must have experience in a leading FMCG retail ecommerce or similar consumer goods organisation
Business or Commercial Degree with an MBA being advantageous
Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or similar role at in a medium to largesized organisation
Experience running marketing finance human resources operations and strategies of an organisation
Strong business and commercial acumen with experience in managing a P&L
Proven track record of creating and maintaining client relationships with Executive partners
Skilled in organizational development personnel management budget / resource development and strategic planning
Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and deliver through others
Proven ability to work in an international multicultural environment with strong presentation facilitation skills and excellent organizational and time management skill
