Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

Required:

High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university. Fifteen (15) years’ experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager for the casino and hotel industry.  Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License.

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Tribal Gaming experience.

Licensing Status

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License. Will require a post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening.
