Main job function 

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company.  All operations process efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.  Strategic leadership to drive growth, manage cross-functional teams and optimize processes that support the company’s financial goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

MBA – or equivalent Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related 7 years Senior Operational management experience in large corporate environment Experience in broader financial services, investments, banking industry Proven experience managing medium to large-scale operations and cross-functional teams Multi-national company experience (advantage) Proven strong understanding of regulatory framework and compliance within financial services Proven financial acumen and ability to analyze operational performance metrics Proven track record building and implementing processes and SOP’s
