We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to support our Customer Experience Operations team. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor to the GVP, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure efficient communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and business plans for Customer Experience Operations.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and coordinate major projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Act as the primary liaison between the GVP and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
• Ensure consistency operationally across teams.
• Manage and conduct regular cadence and follow-ups.
• Customer situation management and follow-up.
• Provide transparency on the overall operational actions to all stakeholders.
• Data analysis for business anticipation and proactive actions plans.
• Facilitate meetings and alignment.
• Executive support managing calendar, preparing meeting agendas, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring they are well-informed on critical issues.
• Taking on ad-hoc special projects as needed, such as conducting market research, developing new business models, or managing crisis.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant business or management role with a track record of supporting executive leadership
• Experienced in managing transformational projects and operational initiatives
• Project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects or strategic initiatives from start to finish.
• Located in EST / CST or ability to support EST
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR Solutions preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong focus on interdepartmental communication
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong business acumen
• Cultural awareness and change management agent

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
