The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CMO and other senior executives to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects, facilitate communication across departments, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals. This person will be a people leader with a team of direct reports.  

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement within the organization and implement processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up on action items. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support organizational goals. Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and provide insights to the executive team.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

The pay range for this position is $160000 to $229000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
