We’re searching for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to drive clinical excellence, foster innovation, and champion patient-centered care at our premier healthcare facility. In this role, you will lead nursing operations, develop forward-thinking strategies, and ensure the highest quality of care while collaborating with executive leadership to shape the future of healthcare. + Develop and implement nursing strategies and initiatives. + Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care services. + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics. + Collaborate with other executive leaders to drive organizational goals. + Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. + Manage nursing budgets and resource allocation. + Lead recruitment, retention, and development of nursing staff. + Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. + Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and executive leadership. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing or related field. + Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California + Minimum of 10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience. + Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality metrics, and best practices in California + Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience working with California unions + Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operational performance. + Experience in a large hospital or health system preferred. **Pay Range** $95.26 - $133.37 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
