We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer CMO to join our organisation The CMO has responsibility for overseeing all the marketing activities of the organization which includes the companys advertising activities global brand management and governance market research digital & social communications and creative development

Overview
He/she will develop and drive the overall strategy integration and execution of the marketing functions in service of helping all business units achieve their performance objectives
This individual would be ultimately accountable for building worldclass marketing capability and improving the marketing investment ROI for our brands
Moreover this individual will be the strategic leader working in partnership with each channel core team members from Consumer Experience Brand Marketing Integrated Planning Creative and Analytics to deliver fully integrated marketing solutions
You will quickly need to formulate and implement the appropriate marketing strategy and online presence of the website including SEO social media etc You will continue to maintain and refine the marketing strategy of the site on a daily basis including all CMO duties

Key Performance Areas
Develop Marketing and Commercial plans which deliver the companys revenue objectives
Craft strategies for all Marketing teams including Digital Advertising Communications and Creative
Establishing and overseeing management of all utilised marketing tools and processes that enable daily workflow
Continuously developing actionable department and channel reporting
Assessing global best practice across marketing channels
Together with our channel experts drive the marketing channel performance through development of strategies support of execution and SEO SEM Display & Affiliate CRM Content Marketing Social Media Marketing and offline channels
Managing the marketing budget and all associated contracts
Continuously developing customer development and communication and utilising these results to optimise customer communication
Overseeing and managing Design Team regarding UI UX and website design
Managing supplier and crossdepartmental relationships effectively
Managing the performance of the Marketing Team
Prepare and manage monthly quarterly and annual budgets for marketing spending
Establish governance and standardization for our brands and their positioning in the marketplace
Ensure brand messages are strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Responsible for Marketing Analytics
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition acquisitions pricing changes and new products and features
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Process Excellence
Implement best in class marketing processes systems tools and metrics
Drive standardized operating procedures and protocols to maximize speed of execution
Integrate market insights and marketing activation processes that help advantage brand in the categories we compete
Develop best in class approaches for customer and channel development that align marketing strategies and plans with key customers and help us become a thought leader in the marketplace

Platform Excellence
Help build worldclass marketing capabilities across both traditional & digital platforms that help the brand compete now and in the future
Test and learn new technologies and build performancebased business models that enable us to compete more effectively in a digital world
Evaluate and implement the right technology stack that helps us improve our marketing effectiveness
Optimize other high demand organizational assets and resources to improve their access and effectiveness

Requirements
Bachelor&rsquos degree in marketing business administration or related field with a MBA preferred
Excellent track record in successful commercially driven campaign management within the digital space
A minimum of 10 years digital marketing management experience including developing executing and optimising campaigns including SEO Social Media Marketing CRM Content Marketing Consumer Insights and Paid Marketing
A minimum of 5 years in a Senior Management role
Marketing leadership experience at a high growth late stage startup ideally in eCommerce or internet marketplaces would be advantageous
History of building a successful and recognized brand and proven experience building a renowned marketing function
Track record of developing comprehensive and highly successful marketing and business development strategies
High commercial acumen will take control and drive the business and assume total accountability for the performance of the marketing function
Ability to understand complex models and turn them into pragmatic solutions Strategic thinker able to translate strategies into actions
