Job DescriptionThe Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) will lead the data strategy and analytics initiatives within the Cash Product House, focusing on Cash associated product offerings across all channels and volumes. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency. Unlock the value of data to generate profit, drive innovation, and benefit customers and the business. Support the creation of strategies and delivery plans for Information Management and Analytics to integrate at a BU level, to allow for the business and segments where needed to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.Leverage advanced analytics to enhance cash handling processes and customer experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cash handling business specific.Drive innovation through the adoption of new technologies.Identify and mitigate risks associated with data management and analytics.Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance.Expected Outcomes:
