A little taste of your day-to-day: + Greet all guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay. + Oversee luggage handling, ensuring the secure and careful handling of guest belongings. + Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Concierge department, including guest arrivals, departures, and transportation logistics, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of services. + As a hands-on leader, you will be the cornerstone of your team, providing expert guidance, support, and mentorship. + Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information, always adhering to privacy standards.
