Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Chief Concierge to join our prestigious luxury resort in the heart of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the leader of our concierge team, you will be responsible for ensuring unparalleled guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. Key responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the Concierge, Bell services, Limousine, Valet and Airport teams, ensuring sufficient coverage and high-quality service at all times.Anticipate and fulfil guest needs, handling inquiries with a personalised approach and offering alternatives when necessary.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the resort, its services, and the United Arab Emirates, staying updated on city events and activities.Conduct training for team members on local happenings and coordinate MICE movements related to concierge operations.Ensure timely and accurate handling of all guest requests, following Anantara standards and maintaining proper records.Foster relationships with third-party companies and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.Recognise and acknowledge repeat guests and VIPs, consistently exceeding guest expectations.Maintain a professional demeanour, adhere to grooming standards, and project a positive image of the resort at all times.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field with 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including proven track record in managing a concierge teamExceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with proficiency in multiple languages is a plusStrong leadership abilities and expertise in team development, motivation, and performance managementProficiency in hospitality management software and in-depth knowledge of Dubai's tourism landscapeExcellent organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidaysPassion for luxury hospitality and commitment to exceeding guest expectations
