Establish regular compliance program enhancement discussions across P&Ls on a quarterly basisDevelop real time and relevant examples of compliance successes, opportunities (internal and external examples) and government enforcement initiatives to share with China leadership team for the purpose of learning and best practice sharing and potential program enhancementsProvide ongoing training support to the business on GE HealthCare’s The Spirit & The Letter and other global, regional, and business policies and procedures, including, for example, coordinating with the global compliance team to manage the business’ Indirect Third Parties, including due diligence, on-boarding, training, and auditing3.
