2nd shift- 1:30pm-10:00pm-Shift premium Performs secondary process in support of manufacturing operations. This includes degrease, lube, etch, anodize, chromatic conversion coating, and roll sort. Performs daily operation of wastewater treatment systems. This includes chemical tanks recharge, daily PH monitoring, flow controls, filter press pumping and filter cake dryer operation. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies: Adheres to production schedules as required by the company and/or customer. Ensures process specifications identified on work order are followed. Ensures processing tanks are at proper chemical operating levels. Performs and monitors transfer of wastewater effluent from containment through filter press. Performs roll sorting of product as required. Follows established safety and environmental guidelines. Inventories and reports requirements for chemicals and supplies. Performs record keeping and housekeeping. The pay scale for this position ranges from $18.00-$29.86 per hour.
