Your Role at KIK

We're looking for a Chemical Process Engineer ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into real-world challenges at our Westlake, Louisiana facility — a demanding but deeply rewarding environment for those driven by results and hungry to make a difference.

This isn’t your average process engineering role. You’ll be right in the heart of the action, working alongside operators and the production team to pinpoint what’s not working, fix it, and find smarter, safer, more efficient ways to operate. From troubleshooting and continuous improvement to lab testing and new design implementation, you’ll have the autonomy and opportunity to make huge wins — for the plant, the people, and the company’s bottom line.

This plant has lots of potential. If you're motivated by measurable impact, this is your playground. There's low-hanging fruit everywhere, waiting for someone like you to grab it and run. Your contributions can lead to safer processes, smoother workflows, and better outcomes for the entire team.

Even better — you won’t be going it alone. You’ll be mentored by a manager who knows this plant inside and out and is committed to helping you grow. Plus, you’ll be part of a tight-knit corporate engineering group, collaborating across plants, sharing ideas, and learning together in regular engineering team meetings.

This is more than a job — it’s a launchpad for building broad technical knowledge, gaining exposure to diverse challenges, and growing your career through real, hands-on experience. If you're ready to learn fast, solve real problems, and be part of a team that celebrates getting things done — this is your moment.
