What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Capability to perform repetitive, strenuous tasks, including lifting 55 lb bags, carrying 50 lb pails, rolling drums up to 500 lbs, and occasionally lifting up to 125 lbs Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance tasks What You’ll Do as a Chemical Packer: Package granular products into plastic bags, including filling, sealing, marking, boxing, and palletizing Assist in batch preparation by emptying bulk bags and liquid totes Package liquid products into plastic bottles, including filling, weighing, sealing, marking, boxing, and palletizing Operate a forklift to transport materials as needed Participate actively in group discussions and team collaboration Ensure accurate inventory management related to the packaging operations Assist in various other areas of the plant as required Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management
