Job Description

Support by new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition,
validation, and installation on production environment. Develop instructions and internal
procedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC or
central entities.

Dispensing specialist:
• Maintain a clean and highly organized area, and participating in Lean Manufacturing 5S activities
and projects.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliment of standards BOSCH (KFV,VVT,DMD) and the
development of new process standard according with COC experts.
• Responsible for ensuring de SEC standards and review of the new technology’s for the
dispensing process
• Responsible to define and follow the changes in the process, machinery, parameters, materials
in the dispensing process.
• Responsible to support validation of new part number implementations and new lines launches.
• Responsible to train engineers and technicians on dispensing basics as materials used ,mix ratio,
and parameters of the process
• Responsible to define and follow the procedures standard and validation for the dispensing
process according with the VVt, DMD, KFV.
• Eliminate non-valued added activities.
• Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new
requirements and communicate them to MFP group.
• Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities in process and provide training for
engineers and technicians to solve them and implement this trainings and actions in a systematic
way.
• Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all
problems relating to the chemical dispensing (TIM, Sealing, Potting, gluing, curing, etc) safety
and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and
control further processing or delivery of the non conformance until it has been resolved.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronics / Electronic/Chemical
LANGUAGE: English advanced
SKILLS:
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and
improvement.
• Interpretation of technical drawings.
• Knowledge in traceability systems (MES, MIS)
• Knowledge of dispensing and chemical used in electronical automotive industry (TIM, gluing,potting, sealing) and properties.
• Knowledge in G and M program language.
• Experience with dispensing suppliers like Bdtronic,Viscotec, Scheugenpflug.
• Deep knowledge in 2k and 1K materials feeders system.
• Knowledge Static and dynamic dispensing systems.
• Experience with different technology of dispensing Headers (Volumetrics cylinders, Gears,
screw)
• Deep knowledge in cured of chemicals (UV, Heat, Humidity, controlled rooms) and technology (REHM,SMT).
• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience (3-5 years) as Dispensing specialist.
• Basic knowledge of vision systems (Keyence, Cognex).
• Knowledge in Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids.
• Depp knowledge in mechanics of materials and thermal transfer.
• Knowledge in Solid works/Autocad.
• Deep Knowledge in parameters of dispensing process.
• Deep knowledge in dispensing process problems and solutions.
• Deep Knowledge in MSA and SPC (Minitab, Solara or similar).
