Chef/ Senior Chef (Pastry)-Full Time
Job Summary: To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various locations across property. Our Food & Beverage cast members make sure that no guest walks away hungry!


Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing wide variety of pastry and bakery products; Assistant Pastry operations; ensure food and hygiene standards as established
Basic Qualifications: Full-time availability is required. Roster will be scheduled according to operation needs, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.Must be at least 18 years of age.Proficiency in either English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.Willing to work at various locations within the resort, including outdoor areas.Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.Good team player and with effective communication skills for a diverse workforce.Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressure.Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.Ensure work safety and food hygiene standards in the kitchen. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in a sizeable company or mass production kitchen.Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.
#LI-DNI Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
