What will I be doing?
As a Chef De Partie - Cold Kitchen for Conrad Dubai will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nEnsure all food preparation meets standards\nPrepare and present high quality food\nSupervise and train staff\nKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination\nPrepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus\nAssist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nEnsure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly\nContribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nAssist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures\nReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation\nBe environmentally aware\nWhat are we looking for?
\nA Chef De Partie - Cold Kitchen for Conrad Dubai is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nWith previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie - Main Kitchen\nStrong coaching and leadership skills\nAbility and desire to motivate the team\nExcellent communication skills\nAchieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate\nPositive attitude\nAbility to work under pressure\nAbility to work on own or in teams\nLocally available for a Food Trial\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities:
