The Chef De Cuisine - Events will be reporting to the Head Chef and manage the Events Kitchen as an independent profit centre. Responsible for maximizing related revenue in the most profitable manner, in line with the agreed targets as well as Corporate Strategy. Additionally, to ensure the implementation of Hotel Actions where appropriate, while maintaining maximum guest satisfaction.
