Job Description
Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes such as sushi, dim sum, stir-fry, and others.Plan menus, ensuring they reflect the style and cultural authenticity of the cuisine.Order, maintain, and manage inventory of food supplies.Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality standards.Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Asian Cuisine Chef.Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.Familiarity with sanitation regulations.Culinary school diploma preferred.
