Job Summary:
The Chargeback Analyst position provides support to the organization by using the ability to analyze distributor data, investigate the root cause of chargeback differences, determine appropriate resolutions for all discrepancies and disputes, while processing and verifying transactions related to all aspects of contract administration. This role will liaison internally and externally to maximize the financial benefit to Convatec, relating to adjudication of chargeback rebate claims
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with assigned distributors to communicate Convatec's claim discrepancy responses, minimize financial deductions, and drive dispute resolution in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with all relevant departments to plan, prioritize, and review any chargeback, membership, contracting and rebate issue, strategy, or project.
- Analyze contract requirements for customer eligibility to determine appropriate actions to be taken within internal systems to align customers to the correct contract pricing.
- Update management on the status of claims discrepancies and assist in the development of appropriate action plans for each assigned distributor.
- Support the identification and implementation of improvements to minimize future discrepancies and improve ongoing distributor communications and data synchronization.
- Negotiate with distributors to determine appropriate settlements for outstanding balances.
- Assist with customer eligibility requests.
- Actively participate as a team member in a variety of work settings
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimun 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales Analytics, Chargebacks, Membership Support or Contract Administration.
- Desirable: Experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Advanced English proficiency is Mandatory.
- Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel) is required.
