At CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy our focus is patient-centered care. Our level I trauma center and academic medical center campus is designed to heal the body mind and spirit of every person in a more comfortable less stressful hospital environment. Our full range of medical services includes trauma services heart and vascular care emergency services surgery maternity cancer care and diagnostic imaging.

What You’ll Do

Serve as leader and teammateEnsure your direct reports and department are positioned to deliver the best care possible to our patientsMaintain a high level of engagement with the floor- visibly connecting with nurses, patients, and familiesAttend meetings with leadership to learn about new initiatives, areas for improvement, etc. and share that information with your teamMonitor productivity and efficiency of your departmentMentor people on your team. Share your knowledge and confidence with assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, and others
Qualifications

What You’ll Need

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our stateGraduate of an accredited nursing programBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire
