Job DescriptionSample preparation, distribution, and data collection for forced degradation studiesPerform routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development, which may include peptide mapping, oligosaccharide mapping, or other routine methods.Conduct analysis and reporting of data in accordance with requirements set forth by the department; Ensure maintenance of detailed documentation of assay development and qualificationOther duties as assigned

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biochemistry, or other related degree concentration with 3 years industry experience, OR Relevant Masters with 1 year industry experience, OR PhD.experience is required.Basic understanding of Chemistry of amino acids and protein structureKnowledge of LC and LC/MSOperate automation equipment using established protocolAbility to perform minimal instrument maintenanceMust be highly organized and meticulous.Good written and verbal communication skills are required.Maintain laboratory notebooks in a GXP compliant manner and write technical memos.

Additional Information

This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
