About the Role

LexisNexis is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our Regulatory Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new channel partners, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities in white space and SME markets.
 

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Regulatory Compliance, this is a 12-month contract role with longer term potential to be based either in Sydney or Melbourne CBD with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and market penetration.

Build effective relationships with key stakeholders in channel partners to expand penetration and lead generation.

Increase partner engagement with LNRC marketing to deliver higher volumes of joint marketing and promotion of the LNRC solution.

Manage partner relationships and achieve monthly new POS targets through SME sales.

Work closely with sales teams within channel partners to demonstrate, train, and advise their client base on the LNRC solution.

Identify and develop sales opportunities within the partner network, providing initial demonstrations and collaborating with BDMs to close new business.

Create and manage lead generation campaigns within partner sales teams.

Leverage joint marketing campaigns and events to increase brand presence and lead generation.

Conduct ongoing client visits with counterparts within partner organizations and measure success through NPS and account reviews.

Collaborate with LNRC marketing and the Partnerships Manager to ensure successful onboarding of new partners and effective integration.


Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and 2 years as a Channel Manager or similar role.

Demonstrated performance against sales objectives.

Experience in high-level account management, client relationship development, and channel management.

High-level presentation skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with staff at all levels within an organization.

Strong numeracy skills and well-developed verbal communication skills.

Solution selling experience is critical.

Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases.
